Vertex Prints — Privacy Policy

Vertex Prints is a reservation app for 3D prints fulfilled by a single operator ("Sawyer"). This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can remove it.

Who runs this app

Vertex Prints is operated by Weston Brown (individual developer, Apple Team ID 8G64P25B37). Contact: attaboyskip@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Email address — used as your account identifier. If you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email," we only receive the relay address Apple provides.
• Display name — shown to the operator on your reservations.
• Profile photo (optional) — if you upload one, it is stored in our database and displayed to the operator.
• Pickup preference — home / school / other label you choose.
• Order history — the 3D models you reserved, colors, quotes, messages exchanged with the operator, and pickup timestamps.
• Credit balance and referral history — in-app credits earned, spent, and the referral code you used or shared.
• Notification preference — whether you chose to receive push notifications for order updates.

What we do not collect

• No location data.
• No contacts, microphone, camera, or health data.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No payment information. All payments happen in person at pickup — Vertex Prints does not process, store, or transmit card or banking information.

How we use your data

Your information is used solely to run the reservation system: matching you to your orders, letting you message the operator, applying credits and coupons, and sending you in-app and push notifications about your own reservations. We do not sell, rent, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on Supabase (a hosted Postgres provider). Access is controlled by row-level security: you can read and write only your own profile, orders, and messages. The operator (Sawyer) can read reservation data required to fulfill prints.

How long we keep your data

Profile and order data are retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete all of your data at any time using the in-app "Delete account" button, which immediately removes your profile, orders, messages, credits, and referral records.

Sign in with Apple

We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. Apple provides us your email (or a Hide-My-Email relay) and your name on first sign-in. We do not receive your Apple ID password or any Apple account information.

Children

Vertex Prints is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email attaboyskip@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

Your rights

You may:

• Access, correct, or export your data — email us to request a copy.
• Delete your account — use the Delete account button in the app, or email us.
• Opt out of push notifications — toggle them off in Profile → Notifications or in iOS Settings.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change what data we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and, where required, notify you inside the app.
